Dave's Pre Op for Trial TESA (22nd December 2009)

Dave had an appointment with the recovery/theatre/ pre-assessment sister at the Peninsular Centre for Reproductive Medicine at 13:30 but the Sister was off sick and no one thought to phone us to let us know so the appointment was reschedule.
